Leisure Village Security
The security at Leisure Village includes 24-Hour Guard-Gated entry with 3 gates and patrol cars. All security personnel are trained in emergency First Aid and CPR. No visitors or salespeople are allowed without permission.
In a medical emergency, Leisure Village Security will arrive at a residence within 2 minutes. they will call the fire department and the gate will be opened for emergency vehicle entrance.
The Main Gate is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The East and West Gates are open Monday through Friday 6am – 7pm and Weekends/Holidays 7am – 7pm.
Residents can call the Main Gate for assistance when:
Someone has fallen and cannot get up or if someone is “lost”.
Gushing water or sprinklers that have been running for an hour.
Accidentally locked out of the house.
Residents front door can be “Master Keyed” so security can easily open the door.
Car is blocking driveway or tree limb has fallen.
Smoke alarm battery needs replacing & alarm won’t stop
Can’t turn off inside faucet.
Electrical switch is not working.
Any time immediate assistance is needed.
