Leisure Village will maintain the landscaping in the planter areas around each home if the plants are on the approved plant list and there are no pots, statues, rocks, or wood chips in the planter bed. Leisure Village will water planter beds that are Homeowner Maintained, but they will not trim or weed those areas. If a homeowner would like to change the landscaping, they will need to fill out a landscape permit and get approval from the landscape committee.

Pets are not allowed in the Recreation Center, restrooms, locker rooms, Garden Area, Pool Area, Fitness Center, Clubhouse, Picnic Area or on the golf course.
